Submitting your own designs is not hard if you have some computer design skills.  My EPILOG laser prints from CorelDraw and most all major computer programs are importable. (to learn more about lasers, click the epilog link above)  JPEG AND BITMAP ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE UNLESS ENGRAVING A PHOTOGRAPH.  YOUR DRAWINGS AND DESIGNS NEED TO BE IN VECTOR FORMAT.  If you are in doubt shoot me an email and I can let you know how to do it or do it for you which will incure a set up fee.  Here are the parameters for your design:

DRAW YOUR DESIGN IN ACTUAL SIZE. SPECIFY THE FONT YOU'D LIKE, HOW MANY, WHEN YOU NEED YOUR PRODUCT AND A PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS  YOU CAN BE REACHED AT FOR A QUOTE OF YOUR PROJECT. 

Lines are to be as follows:  any cut lines should be "hairline" in width in red.

All other lines will be engraved only.  Should you want some areas to be engraved deeper than others my laser recognizes this through a Grey Scale color code.   Black engraves, white does not engrave.  All shades of grey in between will do so in accordance to the shade of grey.  

If your drawing has a cut line hidden underneath an engraved area it will be cut out!  Look at your drawing in wireframe view to see if there are any issues.
